Robert Lacroix

Rob is a highly experienced engineer with expertise managing large global teams in the design of complex systems involving software and hardware interaction, notably in haptic feedback and automotive controls. He supports clients in incorporating AI tools into existing business strategies and operations. His background includes 18+ years of success in IP generation and product development with more than 50 patents.

He is particularly skilled in defining and executing business strategy, leading a team of company leaders to “supercharge innovation” with a 500% increase in patent applications to feed the product pipeline. He serves as a product champion and executive partner with outcomes that include securing contracts with some of the largest electronics companies in Asia and the US, including Samsung, LG, and Nokia.

Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
